I'm currently auditing my business subscriptions and trying to ruthlessly cut out the bloat. It feels like every time I turn around, another 'essential' SaaS is draining my monthly revenue. I want to know what your absolute bare-minimum tech stack looks like to keep things running smoothly. What are the few indispensable tools you rely on to handle everything from operations to marketing without losing your sanity?

I completely feel your pain. I cut my stack down to Notion for knowledge management, Stripe for payments, and a simple custom script for emails. It saved me hundreds a month.

My stack is literally just Google Workspace, Notion, and Carrd. Everything else is just shiny object syndrome that drains your account.
